This is the ****only**** LOW DOSE, NON OFFENSIVE multivitamin that can address methylation support without making (some) people worse. Along with lower dose general nutritional support It contains the active forms of both B12 & folate and therefore bypasses conversion problems in those with MTHFR and MTRR genetic variations (alleles). That's roughly 53% of humans so if you're someone who could "never tolerate" vitamins and you happen to have chronic and possibly debilitating unexplained health issues, this can be a life saver! If you've been down the "MTHFR" route without success, it's possible that the sulfur based forms of methylfolate and/or HIGH dose B6 in other products is what caused you to get worse & not better. This product skips those problems. Serving size is 4 - if you had previous issues take a maximum of 2 and life could quite possibly get better again. At least that's what happened for my friends & family. The best part? Nobody charged us $400/hr to "help" us...
